What I love most about her is that she is not bound by trends or design rules, rather she works with families to create their ‘house story’ and designs and renovated based upon their needs all while making it beautiful. She is simple, honest and straightforward. She tells you what can be DIY’d and what absolutely should never be! Gives tips and advice on places to shop for various products. I have a few designer/ renovation books now all from women I admire, but she is by far my most favorite. Understanding how to write your house story is not only imperative for design & renovation but it’s a game changer for house hunting!! Knowing your story will make house hunting far less stressful!!!
